Procedura Whistleblowing

WHISTLEBLOWING PROCEDURE

Whistleblowing is a process through which individuals—often within an organization—report misconduct or illegal activities. This mechanism is essential for maintaining integrity and transparency within companies and for protecting the public interest.

Whistleblowing serves as a vital corporate compliance tool, enabling employees and other stakeholders (such as suppliers or customers) to report—confidentially and securely—any illicit conduct observed during the course of their activities.

In practice, a “whistleblower” (or “reporter”) is an individual working within a company—whether public or private—who decides to report misconduct, fraud, or a hazard encountered while performing their duties. Similarly, a company customer can become a “whistleblower” by reporting suspicious or harmful situations encountered during their interactions with the organization.

The primary purpose of reporting misconduct is to protect employees who become aware of such illicit behavior within the context of their employment relationship.

The email address to use is: ——-@——–

This reporting system is designed to encourage employees to disclose illicit practices without fear of negative repercussions or discrimination. Ultimately, the goal is to create a safer, more transparent work environment where misconduct can be identified and addressed.

LUCA BOSIO s.r.l. utilizes an internal whistleblowing system, whereby an employee reports misconduct within the organization itself. Reports may be submitted using the dedicated boxes installed at the company premises. The internal whistleblowing system, comprising Management and the workers’ representative (RLS), is responsible for receiving reports, managing them, and providing feedback.
